Transliteration

taṁ dṛṣṭvā sahasā yāntaṁ sūtaputra-jighāṁsayā | śokopahata-saṅkalpaṁ dahyamānam ivāgninā ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。御者の子を討たんとして、彼がにわかに疾走し、悲嘆により決意を打ち砕かれているのを見れば、まるで火に焼き尽くされているかのようであった。
