सुयोधनं चापि रणे हनिष्यति वृकोदर:

Transliteration

suyodhanaṃ cāpi raṇe haniṣyati vṛkodaraḥ

Translation

風神ヴァーユは宣言した――スヨーダナ（ドゥルヨーダナ）でさえ、戦場においてヴリコーダラ（ビーマ）によって討たれるであろう、と。この言葉は戦の道義的な筋道を定める。驕りとアダルマは一時は力を振るっても、ついには避けがたい没落へ至り、報いを執行するよう定められた者が、正義を回復する器となるのである。
