गदानिपातसंहादैर्भुवं कम्पयतोर्भुशम् । फिर गदाओंके टकरानेकी आवाजसे भूतलको अत्यन्त कम्पित करते हुए उन दोनों मनुष्य और राक्षसोंमें वहाँ भयंकर युद्ध होने लगा
gadānipātasaṃhādair bhuvaṃ kampayator bhuśam |
サञ्जयは語った。棍棒が雷鳴のごとく激しく打ち合わされ、その轟きに二人の闘士は大地を烈しく震わせた。かくして人々と羅刹のただ中で、凄惨なる戦いが勃発した――その音と勢いは、ダルマの節制ではなく、戦の抑え難き狂怒を告げていた。
