भिन्द्यात् सुदुर्भिदं व्यूहं यतमानो5पि संयुगे । प्रतिज्ञाया गत: पारं हत्वा सैन्धवमर्जुन:
bhindyāt sudurbhidaṁ vyūhaṁ yatamāno ’pi saṁyuge | pratijñāyā gataḥ pāraṁ hatvā saindhavam arjunaḥ ||
サンジャヤは言った。戦のただ中で力を尽くしながらも、アルジュナはその破り難い陣形を貫いた。誓願の「彼岸」に到り、彼はサインダヴァ（ジャヤドラタ）を討って誓いを成就した。
