रथोडुपशताकीर्णा हयसंघातरोधसम्‌ | रथचक्रयुगेषाक्षकूबरैरतिदुर्गमाम्‌

rathoḍupaśatākīrṇā haya-saṅghāta-rodhasam | ratha-cakra-yugeṣākṣa-kūbarair ati-durgamām

サञ्जयは語った。「戦場は数えきれぬ戦車で塞がれ、水路に舟がひしめくようであった。さらに密集した馬の群れが通路を遮った。車輪、轅、軸、轭が散乱し、互いに噛み合って動きを止め、通り抜けることはきわめて困難となった――それは戦の混沌の相であり、押し潰すような渋滞と錯綜のただ中で、人の意志とダルマが試されるのである。」
