एतस्मिन्नेव काले तु वृद्धक्षत्रो महीपति: । संध्यामुपास्ते तेजस्वी सम्बन्धी तव मारिष,आर्य! इसी समय आपके तेजस्वी सम्बन्धी राजा वृद्धक्षत्र संध्योपासना कर रहे थे
etasminneva kāle tu vṛddhakṣatro mahīpatiḥ | sandhyāmupāste tejasvī sambandhī tava māriṣa ||
サञ्जयは語った。「まさにその時、尊き御方よ、あなたの輝かしき縁者であるヴリッダクシャトラ王は、サンディヤー（黄昏の礼拝）に没頭し、周囲の騒乱のただ中にあっても聖なる務めを守っておられた。」
