Transliteration

tataḥ karṇaṃ samuddiśya tvaramāṇo dhanaṃjayaḥ

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。――そのときダナンジャヤ（アルジュナ）は、決意を胸に急ぎつつ、カルナへと意識を向けた。戦の押し合いへし合いのただ中で、あの恐るべき敵に狙いを定めたのである。
