Transliteration

gāḍha-viddhān arīn kṛtvā mārgaṇaiḥ soḍati-tejanaiḥ

Translation

サンジャヤは言った――耐えがたいほど灼熱の威力を帯びた矢で、彼は敵を深々と射抜き、彼らを重く貫かれたままにした。これは、戦の容赦ない推進力の姿であり、武勇が節制ではなく、傷つけ圧倒する力によって量られることを示している。
