सम्प्रैक्षत् तावकं सैन्यं व्याप्रो मृगगणानिव । भीमसेनसे ऐसा कहकर उन्हें विदा करनेके पश्चात् महायशस्वी सात्यकिने आपकी सेनाकी ओर उसी प्रकार देखा, जैसे बाघ मृगोंके झुंडकी ओर देखता है
sampraikṣat tāvakaṃ sainyaṃ vyāghro mṛgagaṇān iva |
サンジャヤは言った。こうしてビーマセーナに告げ、彼らを去らせたのち、名声高きサーティヤキは、虎が鹿の群れを見据えるように、汝の軍勢へと視線を据えた――それは、決戦の刻へ踏み入る戦士の、恐れなき決意と法の烈しさを示すものであった。
