संहताश्न भशं होते अन्योन्यस्य हितैषिण: । 'ये शूर, विद्वान् तथा धरनुर्वेदमें परिनिष्ठित हैं। इनमें परस्पर बड़ा संगठन है। ये एक-दूसरेका हित चाहनेवाले हैं
saṃhatāś ca bhṛśaṃ hṛṣṭā anyonyasya hitaiṣiṇaḥ | ye śūrā vidvāṃsaś ca tathā dhanurvede pariniṣṭhitāḥ ||
サンジャヤは言った。「彼らは固く結束し、意気は大いに昂ぶり、互いの益を願い合っていた。彼らは勇士であり、学識ある者であり、弓術の学（ダヌルヴェーダ）に堅く熟達している。」
