सर्वशब्दानतिक्रम्य पूरयामास रोदसी । इसी प्रकार भगवान् श्रीकृष्णके बजाये हुए पांचजन्यने भी सम्पूर्ण शब्दोंको दबाकर अपनी ध्वनिसे पृथ्वी और आकाशको भर दिया
sañjaya uvāca | sarvaśabdān atikramya pūrayāmāsa rodasī |
サञ्जयは語った――あらゆる音を凌駕して、その響きは大地と天空を満たした。同じく、バガヴァーン・シュリー・クリシュナが吹き鳴らした法螺「パンチャジャニヤ」は他の雑音をことごとく圧し伏せ、その共鳴によって地と天を満たした――味方の心を鎮めて奮い立たせ、敵には恐怖を刻みつける、正義でありながら苛烈な戦場の中の畏るべき合図であった。
