अथोपगच्छच्छरविक्षताड़ूं पदातिनं क्रोधविषं वमन्तम् । आश्चवासयन् पार्षतो भीमसेनं गदाहस्तं कालमिवान्तकाले
athopagacchaccharavikṣatāḍhyaṃ padātinaṃ krodhaviṣaṃ vamantam | āśvāsayan pārṣato bhīmasenaṃ gadāhastaṃ kālam ivāntakāle ||
サञ्जयは言った。そこでパールシャタ（ドリシュタデュムナ）は、ビーマセーナ—英雄たちの中の歩戦の勇者—に近づいた。彼の身は矢傷に深く貫かれ、怒りの毒を吐き出すかのようであった。ドリシュタデュムナは彼を励まそうとした。ビーマは棍棒を手に、滅びの刻における「時」そのもののように立っていた。
