Droṇa–Dhṛṣṭadyumna-yuddha (द्रोण-धृष्टद्युम्न-युद्धम्) — Tactical duel and allied interventions
बृहत्क्षत्रं तु कैकेयं कृप: शारद्वतो ययौ । त॑ं कृप: शरवर्षेण छादयामास भारत
bṛhatkṣatraṃ tu kaikeyyaṃ kṛpaḥ śāradvato yayau | taṃ kṛpaḥ śaravarṣeṇa chādayāmāsa bhārata ||
サンジャヤは言った。「ついで舎羅陀跋の子クリパは、カイケーヤ族の強勇ブリハトクシャトラに向かって進んだ。バーラタよ、クリパは矢の雨で彼を覆い尽くした。これは、戦の苛烈な務めへと向けられた、規律ある武技の姿である。」
