Transliteration

śastraṃ cāhaṃ raṇe jahyāṃ śrutvā tu mahad apriyam | śraddheyavākyāt puruṣād etat satyaṃ bravīmi te ||

Translation

ユディシュティラは言った。「もし戦場において、言葉の確かな者から、きわめて忌まわしい知らせを聞くならば、我は武器を捨てよう。これを真実として告げる。」
