भीष्महेतो: पराक्रान्तश्रित्रसेन: पराक्रमी । चेकितानं परं शक्‍त्या योधयामास भारत

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

bhīṣmahetoḥ parākrāntaś citrasenaḥ parākramī |

cekitānaṃ paraṃ śaktyā yodhayāmāsa bhārata ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。「ビーマのために、勇猛なるチトラーセーナ—みずからも強大な戦士—は大いなる武勇をもって進み出た。おおバーラタよ、彼は全力を尽くしてチェーキターナと戦い、戦場には両雄の激烈な衝突が起こった。」
