भीमसेनस्य बहुमहारथसंयुगः

निमेषान्तरमात्रेण सज्यं चक्रे पिता तव । धनुष कट जानेपर आपके ताऊ कुरुकुलरत्न भीष्मने पुनः दूसरा धनुष हाथमें ले पलक मारते-मारते उसके ऊपर प्रत्यंचा चढ़ा दी

nimeṣāntaramātreṇa sajyaṃ cakre pitā tava |

サンジャヤは言った。「まばたきほどの刹那に、汝の父(毗湿摩)は弓を再び戦えるよう整えた――たやすく弦を掛け直してみせたのである。この場面は、老練の武人の揺るがぬ決意と規律ある即応を示す。そこでは技はためらいではなく、義務によって導かれている。」
