Transliteration

sa taiḥ premṇā pariṣvaktaḥ pūjitaś ca yathāvidhi

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。彼は彼らに愛情深く抱きしめられ、定められた作法に従ってしかるべく敬われた――慈愛と正しい振る舞いとが、ともに守られていることを示す外なるしるしであった。
