ततो यूपोच्छये प्राप्ते षड्‌ बैल्चान्‌ भरतर्षभ । खादिरान्‌ बिल्वसमितांस्तावत: सर्ववर्णिन:

Transliteration

tato yūpocchaye prāpte ṣaḍ bailcān bharatarṣabha | khādirān bilvasamitāṁs tāvataḥ sarvavarṇinaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。供犠柱（ユーパ）を立てる時が来ると、バーラタ族の雄牛よ、祭官たちはビルヴァ材の柱を六本、また同じくカディラ材の柱を六本—定められたあらゆる種類と姿にかなう柱—を整え、儀礼が規則と伝統に完全に則って進むようにした。
