पृथक् पृथक् च ते चैनं मानार्थाभ्यामयोजयन् । तत्पश्चात् धर्मराज युधिष्ठिर, भीमसेन, अर्जुन, नकुल और सहदेवने अलग-अलग बभ्रुवाहनका सत्कार करके उसे बहुत धन दिया
pṛthak pṛthak ca te cainaṃ mānārthābhyām ayojayan | tatpaścāt dharmarāja yudhiṣṭhiraḥ bhīmasenaḥ arjunaḥ nakulaḥ sahadevaś ca pṛthak pṛthak babhruvāhanaṃ satkṛtvā taṃ bahu-dhanair ayojayan |
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。ついで彼らは各々、順に敬意と贈り物をもって彼を遇した。その後、ユディシュティラ王は、ビーマセーナ、アルジュナ、ナクーラ、サハデーヴァとともに、バブリュヴァーハナ（Babhruvāhana）をそれぞれ別々に礼を尽くして歓待し、豊かな財宝を授けた。この段は、相応しき客をダルマに則って敬い、競い合うのではなく寛大さによって絆を強めるべきことを示している。
