Rājagṛhe Magadheśvarasya yuddhāhvānam — Arjunena saṃyamaḥ

परया भारतमश्रेष्ठ पूजया समवस्थितौ । ततस्ताभ्यामनुज्ञातो ययौ येन हयो गत:
parayā bhāratam-śreṣṭha pūjayā samavasthitau | tatas tābhyām anujñāto yayau yena hayo gataḥ ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。おお、バーラタ族の最良の者よ、二人は至高の敬虔なる礼拝に身を置いていた。やがて両者の許しを得ると、彼は祭馬の進んだその道筋をたどって出立した。
