The verse highlights an ideal of kṣatriya-dharma: true strength is shown in protecting and maintaining order. A beautiful city is not merely admired; it is sustained by vigilant guardianship and responsible rule.
The narration shifts the scene to Dvāravatī (Dvārakā), describing it as beautiful and securely protected by the Vṛṣṇi heroes, preparing the listener for events connected with that city and its guardians.
