Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
गतिरेषा तु मुक्तानां ये ज्ञानपरिनिषछिता: । प्रवृत्तयश्न या: सर्वा: पश्यन्ति परिणामजा:,ज्ञाननिष्ठ जीवन्मुक्त महात्माओंकी यही परम गति है; क्योंकि वे उन समस्त प्रवृत्तियोंको शुभाशुभ फल देनेवाली समझते हैं
gatir eṣā tu muktānāṃ ye jñāna-pariniṣṭhitāḥ | pravṛttayaś ca yāḥ sarvāḥ paśyanti pariṇāmajāḥ ||
ヴァーユは言った。「これこそ解脱者—真知に堅く住する者—の至高の行路である。彼らは世のあらゆる衝動と営みを、因より生じて果へと熟す作用として見、吉果と凶果の源であると知る。ゆえに、生きて行じつつも、内には自由を保つのである。」
