कālacakra-वर्णनम् तथा āśrama-धarma-निरूपणम्

संस्कारै: संस्कृत: पूर्व यथावच्चरितव्रत: । जातौ गुणविशिष्टायां समावर्तेत तत्त्ववित्‌

Transliteration

saṃskāraiḥ saṃskṛtaḥ pūrvaṃ yathāvac caritavrataḥ | jātau guṇaviśiṣṭāyāṃ samāvarteta tattvavit ||

Translation

ヴāユは言った。「まず、定められたサンスカーラによって正しく身を整え、ヴェーダの規則に従って学びつつ、梵行の戒をしかと守るべきである。そののち、真理を知る者はサマーヴァルタナ（卒業の儀）を成就し、すぐれた徳を備えた家に婚姻して、家住の生活へと入るがよい。」
