वैशम्पायन उवाच एतावदुक्त्वा वचनमनुमान्य च पार्थिवम् | तथास्त्विति च तेनोक्त: कौन्तेयेन ययौ वनम्,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--राजन्! यों कहकर महर्षि व्यासने राजा युधिष्ठिरको राजी कर लिया और “बहुत अच्छा' कहकर जब युधिष्छिरने उनकी आज्ञा स्वीकार कर ली, तब वे वनमें अपने आश्रमपर चले गये
vaiśampāyana uvāca | etāvad uktvā vacanam anumānya ca pārthivam | tathāstv iti ca tenoktaḥ kaunteyena yayau vanam ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「王よ、かく語り終えると、聖仙ヴィヤーサは王の同意を得た。クンティーの子が『そのとおりに』と答えて教えを受け入れるや、聖仙は森へと去り、自らのアーシュラマへ帰っていった。」
