Divine grace (prasāda) can restore what is lost and validate righteous assurances: the verse emphasizes the power of a deity’s favor and the trustworthiness of a sage’s word, linking moral order to truthful speech and sacred boons.
A woman recounts that, by the Sun-god’s grace, she regained maidenhood after childbirth, exactly as a sage had predicted; the statement underscores that the boon operated as promised.
