उन्होंने उत्तर दिया--'प्रभो! वे यमुनामें स्नान करने, फूल लाने और पानीका घड़ा भरनेके लिये गये हुए हैं' ।।

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | tair ākhyātena mārgeṇa tatas te jagmur añjasā | dadṛśuś cāvidūre tān sarvān atha padātayaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。示された道筋に従い、彼らは足早に徒歩で進んだ。わずかな距離を行くと、ほど近くからその者たち一同が近づいて来るのが見えた。
