विश्वेदेवाश्व ये नित्यं पितृभि: सह गोचरा: । तेभ्य: संकल्पिता भागा: स्वयमेव स्वयम्भुवा

Transliteration

Viśvedevāś ca ye nityaṃ pitṛbhiḥ saha gocarāḥ | tebhyaḥ saṅkalpitā bhāgāḥ svayam eva svayambhuvā ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「また、祖霊（ピトリ）と常に行を共にするヴィシュヴェデーヴァたちには、その分け前が自生者スヴァヤンブー（梵天）によってすでに定められている。ゆえに、ヴェーダ真言を正しく唱えて前行の儀を終えたなら、アグニ、ソーマ、ヴァルナ、そして祖霊と共にあるヴィシュヴェデーヴァたちにも、しかるべき分を常に捧げるべきである。」
