Transliteration

tvayā hi kurvatā śāstra-pramāṇam iha pārthiva, pramāṇam upanītā vai sthitāśva na vicālitāḥ |

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「王よ、ここでの汝の振る舞い――シャーストラ（śāstra）を真の規範として立てたことにより――権威あるものを支え、さらに強めた。正しき秩序の礎を敬い、ダルマ（dharma）に堅く立つ者たちを、その道から揺るがせることもなかった。」
