Transliteration

śrīr uvāca—kim etad vaḥ kṣamaṃ gāvo yan māṃ nehābhinandatha | na māṃ samprati gṛhṇīdhvaṃ kasmād vai durlabhāṃ satīm ||

Translation

シュリー（ラクシュミー）は言った。「牛たちよ、これはいかなることか。ここで我を迎えず、賀しもせぬとは、汝らに相応しい振る舞いであろうか。われは貞淑にして吉祥、しかも得難き者。それでも今、なぜ我を受け入れぬのか。」
