दान्तः प्रीतमना नित्यं गवां व्युष्टिं तथाश्रुते । त्र्यहमुष्णं पिबेन्मूत्रं 5यहमुष्णं पिबेत् पय:
dāntaḥ prītamanā nityaṁ gavāṁ vyuṣṭiṁ tathāśrute | tryaham uṣṇaṁ piben mūtraṁ trayaham uṣṇaṁ pibet payaḥ ||
ヴィヤーサは言った。「自らを制し、心つねに喜び、日々牛に仕え、定められた行法を注意深く聴く者は、繁栄の分け前にあずかる。修行の規律として、三日間は温かい牛の尿を飲み、次いで三日間は温かい牛乳を飲むべきである。」
