नाकीर्तयित्वा गा: सुप्यात् तासां संस्मृत्य चोत्पतेत् । सायंप्रातर्नमस्येच्च गास्ततः पुष्टिमाप्तुयात्
Transliteration
nākīrtayitvā gāḥ supyāt tāsāṃ saṃsmṛtya cotpatet | sāyaṃprātar namasyec ca gās tataḥ puṣṭim āpnuyāt ||
Translation
ビーシュマは言った。「牛の名（あるいは讃歌）を唱えずして眠りについてはならぬ。牛を念じて起き、朝夕に牛へ礼拝せよ。そうすれば人は力と滋養、すなわち健やかな活力を得る。」
