Transliteration

vṛṣabhān ye prayacchanti śrotriyāya parantapa | aiśvaryaṃ te ’dhigacchanti jāyamānāḥ punaḥ punaḥ ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「敵を悩ます王よ。ヴェーダに通じたシュロートリヤのバラモンに雄牛を布施する者は、繁栄を得る。彼らはこの世に生まれ変わるたび、幾度となく大いなる王者の福分を分かち得る。」
