Gopradāna–Bhūmidāna Guidelines and Recipient Eligibility
निदाघकाले वर्षे वा यश्छत्र॑ सम्प्रयच्छति । नास्य कश्रचिन्मनोदाह: कदाचिदपि जायते । कृच्छात् स विषमाच्चैव क्षिप्रं मोक्षमवाप्तुते
nidāghakāle varṣe vā yaś chatraṃ samprayacchati | nāsya kaścin manodāhaḥ kadācid api jāyate | kṛcchāt sa viṣamāc caiva kṣipraṃ mokṣam avāpnute ||
ビーシュマは言った。「灼熱の季節であれ雨季であれ、傘を施す者には、心の灼けつく苦しみも憂悶も決して生じない。最も苛烈な困難や危うい窮地からでさえ、速やかに解放と安穏を得る。これが、この思いやりある施しの果である。」
