योनिष्वेतासु सर्वासु संकीर्णास्वितरासु च । यत्रात्मानं न जनयेद् बुधस्तां परिवर्जयेत्
yoniṣv etāsu sarvāsu saṅkīrṇāsv itarāsu ca | yatrātmānaṃ na janayed budhas tāṃ parivarjayet ||
ビーシュマは言った。「ここに説かれたあらゆる胎（生まれ）と、さらに混淆し卑しいと見なされる他の生まれにおいても、賢者は、自らをそこに再び生じさせたいと望まぬところで子をもうけてはならぬ。そのような結びつきは、ことごとく避けるべきである。」
