तुल्यरूपप्रभावाणां बलिनां युद्धशालिनाम्‌ । धनुर्वेदे च वेदे च सर्वत्रैव कृतश्रमा:

Transliteration

tulyarūpaprabhāvāṇāṃ balināṃ yuddhaśālinām | dhanurvede ca vede ca sarvatraiva kṛtaśramāḥ ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「彼らは姿かたちも威力も等しく、剛健で、戦の技に秀でていた。弓術の学（ダヌルヴェーダ）にもヴェーダにも、あらゆる修めにおいて精励した者たちであった。」
