Marks of a Worthy Recipient and Stable Criteria of Dharma
गृहमागत्य विश्रान्त: स्वजनं परिपृच्छय च । अभ्यगच्छच्च तं विप्रं न््यायत: कुरुनन्दन,कुरुनन्दन! घर आकर उन्होंने विश्राम किया और स्वजनोंसे पूछकर वे न्यायानुसार फिर ब्राह्मण वदान्यके घर गये
gṛham āgatya viśrāntaḥ svajanaṃ paripṛcchya ca | abhyagacchac ca taṃ vipraṃ nyāyataḥ kurunandana ||
ビーシュマは言った。「家に戻って休み、身内に問いただしたのち、彼は再び——正義にかなって——そのバラモンのもとへ赴いた、クル族の喜びよ。この偈は、正しい行いへの意識的な回帰を示す。休息と相談ののち、学識ある客に対して公正と礼法に従って進むことを選び取るのである。」
