आभासुरा गन्धपा धूमपाश्च वाचा विरुद्धाश्ष मनोविरुद्धा: । शुद्धाश्न निर्माणरताश्च देवा: स्पर्शाशना दर्शपा आज्यपाक्ष
ābhāsurā gandhapā dhūmapāś ca vācā-viruddhāś ca mano-viruddhāḥ | śuddhāś ca nirmāṇa-ratāś ca devāḥ sparśāśanā darśanapā ājyapāś ca ||
風神ヴāユは言った。「香と煙を『食らう』光輝の衆がいる。また、常の言葉に背き、さらには常の思惟にさえ背くあり方をもって存する神々の階梯もある。清浄にして、宇宙の形成と秩序づけの業に励む神々もいる。触れるだけで食とし、見るだけで飲を得、あるいは酥油（ghṛta）を味わう者もいる。」
