वैशम्पायन उवाच एतावदुक्त्वा वचन धृतराष्ट्र मनीषिणम्‌ । वासुदेव॑ महाबाहुम भ्यभाषत कौरव:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | etāvad uktvā vacanaṁ dhṛtarāṣṭraṁ manīṣiṇam | vāsudevaṁ mahābāhuṁ abhyabhāṣata kauravaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。賢きドリタラーシュトラにこれだけの言葉を告げ終えると、クル族の長老は、剛腕のヴァースデーヴァ（聖クリシュナ）に向き直り、次のように語りかけた――王への訓戒から、神なる導き手への訴えへと移って。
