नक्षत्रविग्रहमतिर्गुणबुद्धिर्लयो 5गम: । प्रजापतिर्विश्वबाहुर्विभाग: सर्वगो5मुख:

nakṣatravigrahamatir guṇabuddhir layo 'gamaḥ | prajāpatir viśvabāhur vibhāgaḥ sarvago 'mukhaḥ ||

風神ヴāユ・デーヴァは言った。「彼は星宿・惑星・諸光曜の運行と配列を知る者。彼の智慧はグナ(guṇa)を把握し、宇宙の大壊滅において万有が溶け帰るその基盤でありながら、なお測り知れぬ者である。彼はプラジャーパティ、衆生の主。腕は遍く四方に及び、分別と秩序の原理であり、遍在し、しかも無面——あらゆる限定された形相を超える。」
