विमुक्ता धूतपाप्मानो निर्द्धन्द्धा निष्परिग्रहा: । मानार्हा मानिता नित्य ज्ञानविद्धिर्महात्मभि:
vimuktā dhūtapāpmāno nirdvandvā niṣparigrahāḥ | mānārhā mānitā nityaṁ jñānaviddhir mahātmabhiḥ ||
ビーシュマは言った。「最勝のバラモンたちは、あらゆる束縛から解き放たれ、罪垢を払い清められている。相対する二つのものは彼らの心を揺るがさない。彼らは一切の所有と執着を捨て、尊敬に値する。智ある聖者と大いなる魂の人々は、つねに彼らを敬う。」
