कीर्तयन् प्रयत: सर्वान् सर्वपापै: प्रमुच्यते । इसी प्रकार नन्दीश्वर
kīrtayan prayataḥ sarvān sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate |
ビーシュマは言った。「自制し、志を清らかにして、これらすべての名を唱える者は、あらゆる罪より解き放たれる。このように、ナンディーシュヴァラ（Nandīśvara）、巨躯の者、衆の長、牛旗の主、万界の主たるガネーシャ（Gaṇeśa）—ヴィナーヤカ（Vināyaka）—をはじめ、柔和なるガナ、ルドラのガナ、ヨーガのガナ、ブータのガナ、星宿、諸河、虚空、鳥王ガルダ（Garuḍa）、地上にて苦行により成就した大聖、静なるものと動くものの一切、ヒマーラヤと諸山、四海、シャンカラ（Śaṅkara）に等しき武勇をもつ従者たち、さらにヴィシュヌ（Viṣṇu）、ジシュヌ（Jiṣṇu）、スカンダ（Skanda）、アンビカー（Ambikā）—これらの名を清浄なる心で讃唱する者の罪は、ことごとく滅する。」
