Adhyāya 152 — Bhīṣma’s Authorization for Yudhiṣṭhira’s Return to the Capital (नगरप्रवेशानुज्ञा)
भीष्म उवाच इत्युक्त: स तु देवेश: प्रतिपूज्य गिरे: सुताम् । लोकान् विसर्जयामास सर्वैरनुचरैर्वृतान्
bhīṣma uvāca | ity uktaḥ sa tu deveśaḥ pratipūjya gireḥ sutām | lokān visarjayāmāsa sarvair anucaraiḥ vṛtān |
ビーシュマは語った。「かく告げられると、神々の主は—山の娘（パールヴァティー）を敬い讃えたのち—従者を伴って集った衆生を退かせた。すると、諸々の精霊の群れ、河川、ガンダルヴァ、アプサラスは、シャンカラに頭を垂れて礼拝し、それぞれの住処へと帰っていった。」
