एष द्विजजने धर्मो गा्हस्थ्यो लोकधारण: । द्विजानां च सतां नित्यं सदैवैष प्रवर्तते

Transliteration

eṣa dvijajane dharmo gārhasthyo lokadhāraṇaḥ | dvijānāṁ ca satāṁ nityaṁ sadaivaiṣa pravartate ||

Translation

これこそが、家住の位にある「二度生まれた者」（ドヴィジャ）の法であり、世を支え保つ生き方である。徳あるブラーフマナの間では絶えず実践され、まことに彼らにとっては常に有効な、揺るがぬ行いの規範となっている。
