दम्पत्यो: समशीलत्वं धर्म: स्याद् गृहमेधिन: । गृह्माणां चैव देवानां नित्यपुष्पबलिक्रिया
dampatyoḥ samaśīlatvaṃ dharmaḥ syād gṛhamedhinaḥ | gṛhyāṇāṃ caiva devānāṃ nityapuṣpabalikriyā ||
マハーデーヴァは言った。「家住の者にとっての法（ダルマ）とは、夫婦が行いと性質において調和し、同じ道を歩むことである。また家に住まう神々には、日々の供献の儀—花とバリ（bali、食の供物）—を怠りなく行うべきである。」
