उमोवाच भगवन्‌ सर्वभूतेश शूलपाणे महाव्रत । संशयो मे महान्‌ जातस्तन्मे व्याख्यातुमहसि

Transliteration

umovāca bhagavan sarvabhūteśa śūlapāṇe mahāvrata | saṃśayo me mahān jātas tan me vyākhyātum arhasi ||

Translation

ウマーは言った。「世尊よ、万有の主よ、三叉戟を執る御方、偉大なる誓戒を守る御方よ——わたしの内に大いなる疑いが生じました。どうかそれをお説き明かしください。」
