Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
तमाह भगवान् रुद्र: साक्षात् तुष्टोडस्मि तेडनघ । ग्रन्थकूल्लोकविख्यातो भवितास्यजरामर:
tam āha bhagavān rudraḥ sākṣāt tuṣṭo ’smi te ’nagha | granthakṛl lokavikhyāto bhavitāsy ajarāmaraḥ ||
そのとき、至福の主ルドラは直々に姿を現し、こう告げた。「罪なき者よ、われは汝に大いに満足した。汝は世界に名高い論書の編者となり、老いも死も離れた者となるであろう。」
