मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity

देवराजस्य च क्रीडां नित्यकालमतवेक्षते । उस मनुष्यको देवकन्याओंसे आरूढ़ विमान उपलब्ध होता है और वह पूर्वसागरके तटपर इन्द्रलोकमें निवास करता है तथा वहाँ रहकर वह प्रतिदिन देवराजकी क्रीडाओंको देखा करता है

devarājasya ca krīḍāṃ nityakālam atavekṣate |

ビーシュマは語る。「彼はつねに、神々の主たる天帝の遊戯と神妙なる戯れを見続ける。そのような者は天女に侍される天界の飛行車(ヴィマーナ)を得て、東の大海の岸にあるインドラの世界に住まい、そこで日ごとに、神々の王が歓びのうちに戯れるさまを目の当たりにする—功徳ある行いと、鍛えられた徳に約束された報いの姿である。」
