मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
सुधारसं चोपजीवन्नमृतोपममुत्तमम् | वह दिव्य
sudhārasaṃ copajīvann amṛtopamam uttamam | sa divyaṃ uttamaṃ ca manoharaṃ vimānam āruhya virājate; śatasaṃkhyābhiḥ sundarībhiḥ paripūrṇe mahale sahasra-kalpān nivāsam karoti | tatra devatānāṃ bhojyam amṛta-sadṛśaṃ paramam sudhārasam pītvā sa jīvanaṃ nayati |
ビーシュマは語った。「最上の甘露にも似た妙なる精髄に養われ、彼は栄華のうちに住まう。神聖にして卓越し、心を奪うヴィマーナに座して光り輝き、百人の美しき乙女に満ちた宮殿において千カルパのあいだ暮らす。そこで彼は、神々の食にも等しくアムリタに比せられる至上の『スダー・ラサ』を飲みつつ生を送る。」この段は、功徳の業果—正しき行いが、精妙で久遠の天上の享楽へと結実すること—を示す。
