King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
न च पित्रा विभज्यन्ते पुत्रा गुरुहिते रता: । युज्जते धुरि नो गाश्न कृशान् संधुक्षयन्ति च
na ca pitrā vibhajyante putrā guruhite ratāḥ | yujjate dhuri no gāśna kṛśān sandhukṣayanti ca
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「師の利益に心を尽くす息子たちは、父であっても分け隔てしてはならぬ。そのような息子は労役のために轅（ながえ）へと繋がれるにも足り、苦難を厭わず、火を起こすことさえして—求められるいかなる務めにも奉仕する備えがある。」
