तत्र गत्वा महात्मानौ कृष्णौ परपुरंजयौ । महाहासनयो राजंस्ततस्तौ संनिषीदतु:,राजन! वहाँ जाकर शत्रुओंकी राजधानीको जीतनेवाले वे दोनों महात्मा श्रीकृष्ण और अर्जुन दो बहुमूल्य सिंहासनोंपर बैठे और पहले किये हुए पराक्रमों तथा अन्य बहुत-सी बातोंकी चर्चा करके आमोद-प्रमोद करने लगे
tatra gatvā mahātmānau kṛṣṇau parapuraṃjayau | mahāhāsanayo rājan tatas tau saṃniṣīdataḥ ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。王よ、そこへ至ると、敵の城塞を屈服させる大いなる魂の二人—クリシュナとアルジュナ—は、豪奢で貴い二つの玉座に腰を下ろした。やがて彼らは、かつての武勲を語り起こし、また多くの事柄を語り合って、互いの喜びのうちに友として時を過ごした。
